Hosted by TPO my self along with Principal and HODs, a well known marine company hailed from Gujrat M/s OMEGA MARITIME MANAGEMENT SERVICES PVT. LTD. in the requirement for Merchant Navy on the ships was our guest of honor for this drive.
Mr. Sunil John and Mr.Bhoumik the managers of the above said organization conducted the written test followed by Interviews. The male students of all the branches were eligible for the exam.

They will later on go for on-ship training (along with MBA) for a duration of 18 months paid with a stipend of Rs15000/- per month and then they will be sent to Australia for 6months pre-deck training and to acquire a License issued by Govt of Australia.
On completion of training they will be placed as Second Grade Officer on deck with salary of Rs 2,00,000 to Rs 2,50,000 per month, who further can get promoted to the high grade officer, CAPTAIN OF THE SHIP.
I would like to thank the delegates for organising such an drive in our college and Prinicipal and HODs for their cooperation with which it was difficult to get on the day for me.
